RACE START TIME: 10:00AM: This unique 5K trail run will take place entirely on Schulze Vineyard & Winery property in Burt, New York. We have designed a beautiful single loop course (VIEW MAP) that takes place primarily on groomed trails and through the vineyards.

REGISTRATION & PACKET PICKUPOnline registration will remain open right up until the start of the race. Packet pickup will take place from 8:30 am right up until the start of the races at 10:00 am. Your registration fee includes a custom race shirt (guaranteed through 10/27/25 at 9am), 9oz stemless wine glass presented at the awards ceremony, professional timing & finish line services, post race snacks & bottled water at the finish line, music, and more! After the shirt deadline late registrants will receive wine glass only and price reduced.

There will be plenty of free parking available at Schulze Vineyards & Winery.
AGE GROUPS & AWARDS
Hand crafted trophies will be presented to the 1st place overall male and female finishers. Age group winners (see below) will be recognized and presented with a keepsake custom wine glass. In addition, all participants will be able to print out custom finisher certificates after the race and download/share finish line photos.
Age Groups: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and older.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of foul weather, public safety concerns, or for any other reason deemed necessary by race organizers (ex: state of emergency, shelter-in-place, limit on social gatherings, etc), we want runners to know up front that we reserve the right to reschedule the race or convert to a virtual 5K race. There will be no refunds.
TIMING & FINISH LINE SERVICES
Professional timing and finish timing services using industry leading Jaguar Electronic RFID timing will be provided by Race Management Solutions. Results are updated throughout the race in real time and can be accessed at any time after crossing the finish line using any one of the following options:
